The billed distance includes operational logistics like return journey, route buffer, and local sightseeing. Even if your actual travel is shorter, the package is calculated based on a minimum slab of 700–750 km to ensure smooth execution and backend readiness.
No, our standard packages operate on a minimum billing slabs (e.g., 750 km). The actual distance will be calculated based upon your customization.
Absolutely. All our pricing is inclusive of toll taxes, parking fees, and driver allowances. There are no hidden charges — what you see in your final itinerary quote is what you pay.
No, refunds aren’t issued for unused kilometers. The billing slab is a flat rate that covers not just distance, but also availability of vehicles, guide support, and backend coordination.
If your updated plan exceeds the pre-agreed route or slab, additional charges may apply. Our team will transparently inform you of any cost differences in advance before making the change.
Yes, shared bookings are allowed if all parties are part of the same itinerary. However, billing will still apply as a single package for the vehicle and services used, and internal cost-sharing can be managed within your group.
